A government scholarship program with a brutal submission process
The FES-UA program — Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities — is a Florida government scholarship for families of students with disabilities. AAA Scholarship Foundation is the managing body, and families submit reimbursement requests for qualifying purchases through the AAA portal.
The process: gather every receipt, write a purpose statement for each item explaining how it qualifies under program guidelines, then manually enter every single line item into the AAA portal — one at a time.
For the family we built this for, that meant 213 line items per submission cycle. An entire day of copy-paste, purpose statement writing, and manual data entry — just to get reimbursed for purchases already paid out of pocket. They asked if there was a better way. There wasn't. So we built one.

We build the tools that should have existed.
FESible started as help for a family we knew. It became a product because every FES-UA family was dealing with the same broken process. If your business has a workflow that costs your team hours every cycle — one that no existing tool solves — we'd like to hear about it.

If it doesn’t exist yet, that’s not a reason to stop.
FESible started as help for one family. It became a product because the problem was everywhere. If your business has a workflow that costs your team hours every cycle and no tool solves it — tell me. That’s exactly the kind of thing I build.
