Around ninety questions about your business. A roadmap that knows what has to happen first.

Ask any AI what to automate and you get twenty good ideas in no particular order. This tells you which one has to be first, which three break if you do them out of order, and which one everybody sells you that you should not touch for another two months.

A dependency graph for your industry, walked against your answers.

Not a language model. A deterministic engine over a map somebody authored by hand, node by node, from years of doing this work. The same answers always produce the same findings in the same order.

87–101questions, depending on your industry
92–105nodes in the dependency map
40–87findings returned, sequenced into phases

How the engine works →

A build order, not a score.

Every finding says which answer produced it, or marks itself as groundwork you did not raise but something you did raise depends on. Each carries the steps, the named tools, the effort, who should do it, what it depends on, and what finishing it unblocks. Roughly two thirds is work you will not need to hire anyone for.

The report estimates what the current way costs you in hours per week or month where that is honestly derivable from an answer. It does not invent dollar figures. The $4,500 Business Systems Audit does that, and this one says so rather than pretending otherwise.

Before you buy.

How much is the Operations Audit?

$995, with $500 crediting toward a consultation, the Business Systems Audit, or implementation work for one year. One credit per business, non-transferable.

How many questions is it?

Between 87 and 101 depending on your industry, written around that industry's known operating conditions rather than a generic template. It takes about thirty minutes.

How many findings come back?

Forty to eighty-plus depending on your industry and your answers. Each one carries the steps, the named tools, the effort, who should do it, what it depends on, and what completing it unblocks.

Is it generated by AI?

No. A deterministic rules engine walks a hand-authored dependency graph of 92 to 105 nodes. Your answers are not sent to any third-party model.

Which industries are covered?

Restaurant and food service, automotive, retail, service trades, marine and charter, salon and spa, and print and signage.

When do I get the report?

Findings appear on screen the moment you finish. A systems architect then reads the complete roadmap and the reviewed version is delivered by email within 72 hours.

Nine questions, free, on your own business.

No email, no sales call. Twelve to sixteen sequenced items back. If the free one does not understand your operation, the paid one will not either.
