How long does the questionnaire take?
About 30 minutes. 101 questions across 21 short pages, nearly all of them tap to answer. Your answers stay on the page until you submit, so you can stop and come back.
Why can I not just ask AI what to automate?
You can, and it will give you twenty good ideas with no order to them. It will not tell you which one has to be first, or that two of them will produce nothing until a third is done. The order is the part that decides whether any of it works, and it is the part a general model has no way to know about your business.
Is the report generated by AI?
No. Your answers run through a rules engine built on a dependency map we wrote. Your answers never pass through a third-party model. A systems architect reads the roadmap before it is delivered, and the report says who reviewed it and when.
What does the report actually contain?
Between 48 and 87 findings grouped into phases, each with what to do, how long it takes, who should do it, what has to happen first, what finishing it unblocks, and what technology replaces the manual work. Plus roughly 100 hours a month of current manual effort, itemised, and what you should not automate.
Will it tell me what to charge, or what to spend?
No. We are not business, marketing or legal advisors. We look at where work is manual, where the same information gets entered twice, where systems do not talk to each other, and what technology would replace that. What you do with the time you get back is yours.
Can I do the work myself?
Most of it. A typical business report has around 31 items the owner can do alone, 26 somebody on the team can handle, and 10 that take one free call with software you already pay for. About 20 need somebody comfortable with APIs and databases.
How does the $500 credit work?
$500 of what you paid for this Operations Audit can be applied toward a consultation, the Business Systems Audit, or implementation work within one year of purchase. There is no project minimum. One credit per business, non-transferable.
What happens to my answers?
They are stored for three years so we can regenerate your report if you need it, and deleted on request at any time. They are not sold, shared, or used to train anything.
